Martin Hořeňovský efd79aa0bd Extend exception type in _THROWS_ with const& unconditionally 
Potentially breaking change, but most people apparently were using it
wrong and thus it won't be breaking for them.

Martin Hořeňovský 106d7e2a74 Initialize JunitReporter::unexpectedExceptions in constructor 
This is not needed for correctness, but will prevent PVS warning
from triggering, and there is basically no performance difference.
