Temporarily re-enabled SVG output (from GUI only)
...
* Cairo version: 1.16.0-1
* SVG output doens't seem as broken as before with the current cairo version
* Transparency doesn't work. Transparent layers aren't rendered at all.

cairo ouput svg modifications. Still doesn't work. Only for integer coordinates (scaling 1) it seems to work
