Now, that python integration seems to work, development on the real python renderer integration can start.

Necesarry tasks:

Implement class structure in python for gds-types
Wirte interface functions.
Optional: Create helper functions that would otherwise be to slow to be implemented directly in python.

9eed1ac33d now contains a base structure we can work with. Probably it won't end in the best result but better than nothing.

For paranoia reasons, I activated the fork request of the python renderer. Just in case.
