Won't do. This is a very specific JTAG adapter from 20 Pin large JTAG to the TC2050 Pogo-Pin standard connector.

The board itself is not intended to be used as a JTAG programmer although it's possible by using the MPSSE2 port. But be aware, it only supports fixed 3V3 IO levels because depending on the function of the MPSSE port, pins can change thir direction and I haven't found a way to conveniently change the level translation direction without adding a ton of jumpers/dip switches.
