Martin Hořeňovský 1466686ade Speed up TravisCI build
* Examples are no longer built on all travis images
* Coverage is no longer collected from all travis images
* Valgrind is no longer used with all travis images

This should greatly reduce the amount of compiling, downloading
binaries and general work the common images do.

What's the Catch?

Catch2 stands for C++ Automated Test Cases in a Header and is a multi-paradigm test framework for C++. which also supports Objective-C (and maybe C). It is primarily distributed as a single header file, although certain extensions may require additional headers.
