Phil Nash 2bf30e9e5a Use (locally defined) UInt64 instead of uint64_t
- typedefs long long for MSVC
- typedefs uint64_t otherwise

Should probably do finer grained compiler checking - but this should at least be better than what was there before

What's the Catch?

Catch stands for C++ Automated Test Cases in Headers and is a multi-paradigm automated test framework for C++ and Objective-C (and, maybe, C). It is implemented entirely in a set of header files, but is packaged up as a single header for extra convenience.
