It used to be a file that would collect interfaces we always wanted to provide to users, so that the single header stitching script would place them in the common part of the single header version. As v3 is moving to separate headers model, the file is no longer useful.
The latest version of the single header can be downloaded directly using this link
Catch2 is released!

What's the Catch?
Catch2 is a multi-paradigm test framework for C++. which also supports Objective-C (and maybe C). It is primarily distributed as a single header file, although certain extensions may require additional headers.
