Markus Reitboeck 3dd523bdf5 Add gdbinit and lldbinit files with commands to skip stepping into Catch code during debugging
The commands provided have to be executed in the current gdb/lldb session or copied
into the users ~/.gdbinit ~/.lldbinit files to permanently skip debugging Catch code.

What's the Catch?

Catch2 stands for C++ Automated Test Cases in a Header and is a multi-paradigm test framework for C++. which also supports Objective-C (and maybe C). It is primarily distributed as a single header file, although certain extensions may require additional headers.
