Add a section on slow linking under MinGW to "Known Limitations" docs 
Unless someone steps up to fix the long link times with a set of
unobtrusive changes, the recommended solution will remain "use a better
linker".

What's the Catch?

Catch2 is a multi-paradigm test framework for C++. which also supports Objective-C (and maybe C). It is primarily distributed as a single header file, although certain extensions may require additional headers.
