Martin Hořeňovský 45a465713e Add codecov.io coverage collection from AppVeyor
Also had to add new project to redirect CTest output, add
separate batch scripts for AppVeyor because it doesn't handle
multi-line batch scripts in yaml properly, and other helper
scripts.

What's the Catch?

Catch2 stands for C++ Automated Test Cases in a Header and is a multi-paradigm test framework for C++. which also supports Objective-C (and maybe C). It is primarily distributed as a single header file, although certain extensions may require additional headers.
